Melbourne has gone hotpot crazy and we have found the hottest of the hotpot! Located in the previous Dracula building stands Panda Hot Pot. You will not miss this venue. Two stories high, a massive dragon facing the entrance with a centre stage, you can expect great things from here. It gets real busy so make sure you make a booking to nab a spot.
With multiple rooms for multiple parties all decked out with amazing murals and beautiful decor, you will feel like you’ve been transported into another time and place.
Before you get your dishes, you gotta make sure you got ya sauce. There will already be edible veggie blended oil which you can use as your base. Head on outside and you’ll see the sauce station. Pick and choose what you’d like as your dipping sauce and go nuts!
Next up, choose the hotpot base. We got the mild and non spicy and holy moly the mild was so frigging spicy my insides were dying. BUT both soup bases were AMAZEBALLS!
The menu is extensive and you will be overwhelmed. Not sure what you want? They have basically everything on the menu from chinese sausages, giblets, tongues and heaps of fish balls. So get ready for a feast!
The signature combination will give you a mix of everything from tripe to wagyu.
Panda hot pot is a great place for a fun and casual catch up with your friends. To keep with the entertainment feel to the venue, they have various shows that perform every night including face changing! Don’t worry, they will definitely let you know when they’re performing. Panda Hot Pot, you’ve danced all the way to my heart.
