Anytime is ice cream time and when the girlies suggested we check out Black Waffle. What we didn’t know was that it serves up vegan ice cream. Now, usually we run from the hills when something is vegan because I adore my dairy despite being lactose intolerant. BUT when the girlies said it’s pretty darn good, I had to check it out myself.

It was super busy (I’ve been told that’s the usual here) so we patiently waited in line to get our ice cream. The lovely staff waited patiently as we taste different ice cream flavours. It was two scoops for $6 and I got peanut butter and oreo and I kinda forgotten what the other flavour was. What I do remember was that they were very creamy and was just DELISH! The peanut butter and oreo was so peanut buttery and so gosh darn good.

Black Waffle definitely serves up great ice cream and if no one had told me it was vegan, I wouldn’t have known it was vegan. It was so good and we’ll definitely be back for the ice cream.
