Food adventures in Melbourne and wherever the tummy goes
Anytime is ice cream time and when the girlies suggested we check out Black Waffle. What we didn’t know was that it serves up vegan ice cream. Now, usually we run from the hills when something is vegan because I adore my dairy despite being lactose intolerant. BUT when the girlies said it’s pretty darn good, I had to check it out myself.
There’s a new burger eatery in town and it’s tucked away in Rosanna, an up and coming suburb which means this place will also be up and coming too. Nestled away from the main streets sits Sideshow Burgers, the new boys in town.
Braving the 42 degrees Melbourne weather we made our way to Two Fat Monks for a little brunch date. Two Fat Monks is conveniently located opposite Fairfield station with quite a few parking. As you enter the cafe, boy oh boy will you be greeted by friendly staff. We were shown to our table and boy were we hungry.
I decided to take Mr D out for some pizza at Pizza Farro and thanks to zomato I got a voucher to check them out. P.S they also offer a gluten free menu too.
