Long Story Short Cafe is located in a little street nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Richmond.
As everyone slowly made it to the cafe, we all ordered drinkies to start off. What better way to start a Sunday brunch then with the signature sisko hot chocolate sphere with marshmallow. Not only was this AMAZEBALL for your eyes, it also tasted as good as it looked. Make you pour the hot chocolate over the sphere ball while the drinkie is still hot or else you’ll struggle to melt the sphere and release the marshmallow!

The food finally came out and the table was all filled up and there were all sorts of dishes and they all look delectable (YUMMOO!!).
Pan Fried Salmon with Quinoa
Soft Shell Crab LSS Slaw
Spiced & Toasted Crumbs Tempura Soft Shell Crab Bun
Avocado, Poached Eggs on Toast with Broccolini
Sweet potato chippies were not too crunchy for me and it was DELISH!
Sweet Potato Chips with Black Garlic Aioli
We got ribs to share and these were AMAZEBALL! The meat fell off the bone and it was so tender, so YUMMILICIOUS!
Ribs with Watermelon Salad
My dish came out and I got the Pulled Pork Open Sandwich because it had MEAT and KIM CHI (SCORE). It was GINORMOUS and it had A LOT of apples (not a big fan of crunchy apples…). Everything went great except I found the pulled pork to be a tad salty.

Finally, for dessert we shared the Pepe Saya Buttermilk Pancakes with caramelised banana, peanut butter and vanilla gelato. These were OH SO GOOD! The pancakes were so FLUFFY (It’s so fluffy I’m going to die!!) and the banana and peanut butter made it even more AWESOME SAUCE! Get on it NOW!

Long Story Short is a very cute cafe in Richmond with friendly staff and food to match. The pancakes were the standout dish and I would certainly come back for them *drools*.
