Another Friday means another eatery at Glen Waverly and this time it was The Grand Tofu. Now if you’ve ever walked past here, it gets super duper busy so we decided to get there just before lunch time. We were able to get a table for 6 quick smart and we already knew what we were ordering.

I got the recommended combination Hor Fun which was an egg gravy dish with delish noodz. Filled with fish cakes veggies, chicken, prawns and whatnot, this was totes AMAZEBALLS! It was hearty, it was light and that egg gravy was so frigging delish.

The hor fun here was definitely amazing and now I understand why The Grand Tofu is always busy, and for good reason. I will definitely come back for them egg gravy!
