After a day at ACMI and stuffing our faces with dumplings, we needed a coffee hit because, well, that’s what you do in Melbourne. Since we were shopping at Melbourne Central, we stopped by Billy’s Central in the middle of the walkway. There’s also an actual eatery on the side so head into there if you wanted some sustenance.We got a mocha and boy oh boy was this AWESOME SAUCE. The coffee was smooth, it was the caffeine hit we needed and the chocolate was not overly sweet. It was just perfect.

If the coffee is anything to go by, I cannot wait to come back to check out the food menu. If you don’t have time to eat, their coffee is on point.
