One of the girlies at work is moving across the world and she was having her farewell dinner/drinkies at Two Birds Brewing. It was a wet and windy day in Melbourne and when you step into this brewery, it was cosy, casual and very inviting. Mr Angry Asian was super hungry so he almost ordered everything on the menu. First up, the nachos. These were fantabulous! There was so much cheese (mmm cheese!!) and underneath the landslide of toppings were the little chippies in hiding. This was AWESOME.

When you’re drinking, you’ve gotta have something to pick at and what was better then mixed nuts. Now, if you like your nuts (yes I said it, YOUR NUTS), you’ll definitely want to check these bad boys out. With fried garlic, kaffir lime and chili, it really hits the spot. All the flavours, the warmness, just everything about it was great.

When I saw that there was an ice cream sandwich for dessert and I couldn’t say no to that. These were AMAZEBALL! The cookie was doughy, the ice cream was creamy and it was oh so delish! Loved it!

Two birds brewing have their home made drinkies and they were great. It’s a great place to catch up with your mates, have a drink or two and if you’re peckish, there’s great range of food to choose from. Definitely drop by if you’re a beer and an ice cream sandwich lover.
