After having brunch at Zaatar, the K sisters took us on a Lebanese adventure for some desserts (YAYERS!). When you step inside, there’s a ticket thingy (how technical is that word YO?!) where you need to get a ticket to get served (SO FANCY!).
The interior is beautiful. They have the sweets on display in a outer circle and you just walk around and point to what you’d like.
We got a few desserts to share and went upstairs to find a seat. The lovely staff came up with all the desserts which was great. Miss cute height got her favourite dessert – Halawat Al Jibn which contains semolina, syrup, sweet cheese, rose water with clotted cream on top. I wasn’t a fan of this dish so Miss cute height devoured it in no time.

Mr D’s favourite was the Namoura which contains semolina, coconuts and syrup. This wasn’t overly sweet and and quite nutty!

My favourite dessert was the znoud el sit which was a filo pastry with clotted cream and syrup. The syrup gave it a nice sweetening taste and the pastry was oh so delish! Definitely the crowd’s favourite! WOOHOO!

Mr D got the Ma’mul walnut which again, wasn’t too sweet and Mr D absolutely hulk smashed it!

The K sisters informed us that they also had the best ice cream EVER so we just had to try it out. Look at the pretty colours!
I got the mastica which was a musk flavour and it was the BOMB! It was creamy and so nuttyyyyy! Not sickening at all.
This is a lovely dessert place, if you want to wow your date, catch up with friends or even get takeaway. The staff are very patient and helpful and will smile politely at you until you’ve made a decision. The sweets are divine and if you’ve got a sweet tooth, make this your next destination.
