PRODUCT REVIEW: Health Break – Foodie with a Conscious

Have you ever sat at your desk and wondered where you could have a healthy AMAZEBALL lunch delivered straight to your workplace? Have you ever wondered how you could help fight hunger in Melbourne while you’re working?

Health break is a new social enterprise which delivers gourmet lunch to workplaces for free whilst donating 100% profits to Melbourne’s Food Charities and Welfare Agencies (doesn’t that sound amazing??). Basically, one foodie meal for you will equal a nutritious meal for a Melburnian in need. I was contacted by Rob Anderson who is the co-founder and CEO to try out the lunch. I love the cause which Health Break backs and was definitely keen to promote it because it was something I passionately believed in.

I got the Roast Vegetable Lasagna because I figured it would be a great way to increase my veggie intake. The lunch was delivered chilled and all you had to do was re-heat it either using the microwave or the oven. Seeing as I was super lazy, I did it in the microwave (60seconds). So simple!

It smelt divine when it came out! Cheese, beetroot, pumpkin, zucchini and so many more veggies. It was so DELISH and would definitely check out the rest of the range.

There are so many choices to choose from, delivery to your work place is free (WHAT??) and you get your chilled lunch on Monday’s or Wednesday’s. It’s a great way to help out other Melburnians and you can get your workplace or even your boss to shout a lunch! Check out their website below for additional information or to sign up for their healthy and homely lunches.
