Whilst in Bakery Lane, a little shop caught my eye because, well, it was named I heart brownies! So what did I do? I skipped into the shop and feast my eyes on all them brownies YO!

When you walk in, you can see the brownies all lined up and from afar, yes they look like sushi rolls (a lot of customers has mistaken that too). Each brownie is 100% gluten free and they are all variations of the classic original chocolate brownie. There were so many flavours and I was so overwhelmed that I couldn’t pick just the one brownie. So what did I do? I got 3 brownies instead!! PARTAYY!!! The classic flavours were $4 whilst the premium range was $4.50.

I got three flavours: peanut butter, original and jaffa. My favourite was the jaffa because I really LOVE orange flavoured anything. This was EXACTLY like a jaffa. Most definitely my favourite flavour. Baby A enjoyed the original flavour since he was a simple guy and loved just chocolate. Mumsy bear really liked the peanut butter brownie and it was very peanut butter-y.

The brownies were AMAZEBALL! The brownies were quite rich and a touch dense but the flavour was just perfection. I will definitely drop by for some brownies if I’m ever in Fortitude Valley and you should too!
