I told the girlie’s friend that I adore durian so he took us to the ultimate ice cream parlour where durian is one of their signature dessert, Inside scoop. What a cutie patootie name this artisan ice cream parlour had, inside scoop, get it?? Way too cute!

Inside was really bright and very inviting with scrolls of paper on the wall so you can write little notes or draw pictures and cute paintings on the other side. There wasn’t a lot of seating inside, so it was a first in first serve basis.

When we walked up to the counter, I was mesmerised by all the flavours and was so overwhelmed. The lovely staff asked if I wanted to sample the flavours and boy did I sample them. I tried almost every single flavour but in the end I chose 1 scoop of the durian ice cream in a cup.

THIS. WAS. THE. BOMB! The ice cream didn’t give a strong, potent aroma which I was expecting so the girlies were spared from beautiful smell. The taste though, it was AMAZEBALL. I could not even fathom how amazing it was. My eyes lit up, my heart beat faster, I was in ice cream heaven. The durian ice cream was so good, so creamy and so full of durian. I wished I ordered a second scoop except I was super duper full from dinner already.

The ice cream are all freshly made on site using premium ingredients. Due to Malaysia being known to have fresh and awesome sauce durian available, you can bet that the durian ice cream was not made with frozen durian but luscious and potent fresh durian. This is a definite ice cream parlour to put on your list if you adore ice cream. I’m hoping that they’ll expand to Melbourne because if they do, I’ll be there every single day.
