Since we didn’t have dessert after dinner, Mr Slowpoke suggested we go down the road and try out the new dessert place, am Dessert which opens till midnight every night (Yes, even on a school night!).

We walked i and it was a Wednesday night and there wasn’t any other customers (so now it really feels like a date…) but we were greeted warmly by the friendly staff. The place has been opened for 9 weeks now and they have been getting customers who stay past midnight even on a school night. It was such a cute place and with awesome music (you might even call it very hip) pumping in the background.

As I walked up to the dessert counter and saw those beautiful desserts, I knew instantly which one I wanted! Gosh aren’t they all oh so beautiful?

I got the oreo cream pot plant because it was so god damn ADORABLE! It takes more than looks to impress me (you hear that Mr D?) and my gosh it was YUMMILICIOUS! It wasn’t super sweet and the oreo mixed with their cream, it was AMAZEBALL!! The vanilla ice cream balanced it out if you find it to sweet. Also, you get such a CUTE SHOVEL SPOON to eat it (hello miss gardener!).

Mr Slowpoke got the banana fritter and it came with three ice cream flavours: sesame, chocolate and passionfruit. I thought the banana fritter would be you know, battered but it was literally a peeled banana. The ice creams were lovely and refreshing which was awesome!

When the gang needs a place for dessert, I will definitely be coming back here. Lovely service along with friendly staff and YUMMO desserts! Will totally stay till the A.M here.
