I came here for lunch since it was Mr D’s lunch choice today. He was craving chips an so this menu caught his eyes. We walked in and was seated immediately (we thought we wouldn’t even be able to get seats) and was handed the menu. I ordered a Chai Latte and Mr D got a latte and he really liked his coffee, they use 100% Arabia beans (said so on the signage).

While waiting for our food to arrive I looked around and saw the glass cabinet next to me was showcasing various local produce (oooh la la).

Finally our lunch arrived. I initially got the country burger but changed my mind when I saw the gourmet pies come out which other customers ordered. Quickly changed my order and got the gourmet pie and today it was a chicken and leek with salad on the side (I wanted to fell healthy!). This was actually quite good, the pastry was so nice, the chicken was cooked perfectly and very creamy. OH MA GOSH SOOOO GOOD, GET IN MA BELLY!

Mr D got the Chicken Parma because he was craving it. He thought it was average but then it is pretty hard to get it wrong. He also satisfied his chips craving too!

When I went to pay I didn’t realise that they charged me for the burger instead of the pie. I left the place then Mr D brought it to my attention. I rushed back and they happily refunded the difference with no hassle at all. Overall, the coffee is great, the food was good and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I found no problem with them at all!!! Good stuff Mr D!
