Pho topped with rare beef – $15

We were meeting a customer near Bankstown and the lovely customer decided to take us out for lunch. Since we were short on time, she took us to the legendary Pho An where people in the US asks the local to take them here so my expectations were quite high now. We walked in and it was super busy but there were a few tables free and we snagged one to ourselves. I got the medium pho topped with rare beef. Now, the service was so efficient that within 5 minutes, our food came out all steamy and ready to be eaten. 

The broth was oh so delish but I still needed to add a touch of hoisin sauce. They were quite generous with the amount of beef which a lovely surprise. There were a truckload of noodles so you can be sure that you won’t go hungry.

The service is very efficient and extremely quick. The pho was pretty good but it’s more on the pricier side and I couldn’t justify the price. I mean, I’ve had good pho before and this was good but it wasn’t outstanding. If you haven’t had pho, this would be a great starting point so it can set the pho bar.
