After an adventure at Lollipop’s for Mr D’s birthday bash, we were all in need of some lunchies! We were led to Baowie (such a cutie patootie name) and I was super excited because I LOVE xiao long bao!

The babies decided they wanted to try out the new sushi train place and so I third wheeled them and ended up at Sushi Hub. At the front of the store you can buy sushi to either take away or eat in. The babies weren’t interested in that, no siree, they were interested in the sushi train and that was fully packed! We had to line up waited for maybe 15 minutes in peak lunch time.
Summer has finally hit Melbourne and what other way to cool down then to a pop up store in Windsor, Scroll Ice Cream and have, well, SCROLLS!
Miss Tay Tay was having her 1989 tour tonight and Miss Asian Fusion and I decided to have a quick meal before we ‘shake it off ooooh’. Miss Asian Fusion took me to her little fav spot for dumplings – Shanghai Street Dumplings.
My workie lunch group wanted to do an xmas dinner together and I was yet again in charge of suggesting a place and making sure everyone turns up. I suggested dumplings and EVERYONE was all for it. I made a reservation at I love dumplings in Flemington and our night started off from there (tip: make a reservation because it gets SUPER DUPER BUSY!)
It was a late Saturday night (well for me anyway) and I was craving kebabs. Luckily for me, the babies just came home (party animals WOOOHOO!) and I convince them to drive us to get some KEBABS YO! We went Abb’s kebabs because we heard it’s good and its quite newish.
After my appointments Mr D wanted to check out the new and improved Eastland. It was lunch time and I was getting hungry but not yet hangry and after walking around the food area, we stopped at Jimmy Grants since Mr D didn’t share with me last time.
It was that time of the day again, dinner time and after walking around which felt like FOREVER, we decided to enter Ramen Ya on Bourke Street. We were basically the only customers since it was 6PM (senior citizen time). It was very spacious and located right next to the food court which they tried to cover with the huge banner.
Shopping with Mr D in the city and we spotted a new Korean Fried Chicken eatery and of course we had to stop by and check it out!
Wondering around in the city lagging behind Mr D while he looks at more sneakers (yes, how many sneakers does one actually need?) and I realised that I needed a sugar hit. So where do we decide to go? Cupcake central at MC of course.
