It was time to grab dinner with Miss Pandan and since she absolutely adores Japanese cuisine, we decided to check out the sushi train at Tetsujin at the Emporium. When you enter Tetsujin, the front staff will ask if you’d like to have the sushi train or the BBQ and I also found out that you can’t really have both (what a shame!). Anywho, the interior of Tetsujin was oh so lovely. Very classy and clean (who doesn’t like a clean place) with cute little circular lights on top. We plopped our little tooshies down and started plucking dishes from the train. Oh, the best thing about this place, all dishes on the sushi train are $3.30 (Bargain! WOOHOO!). So let’s get this party started!
Grilled Scallop Nigri
Miss Pandan loves scampi and she absolutely raved on about it. For the price and the quality, she did not complain at all.
Scampi Nigri
My favourite nigri – Unagi nigri. These did not disappoint at all! LOVED IT!

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just call it from your little cute monitor. You can even write notes and YES, they actually read the note!
I ordered the takoyaki balls and they were delish! It’s quite hot so check the temp or else your tongue will hate you!

Ice Tea
I couldn’t leave without dessert and the green tea ice cream was DELISH! I absolutely loved the whip cream on the side, very creamy just the way I like it.

Tetsujin is the new sushi train to be at with a great price for great quality nigri. The staff were super attentive and polite and the atmosphere was just buzzing. If you do come around dinner time, you’ll might be waiting for a while so do try to come a bit earlier. The best part, no one will try to rush you out so you can leave once you’re sure that you’re full!
