Mumsy and daddy bear has never had K-BBQ before so the babies and I decided to find a place for them to try whilst in Brissy. We checked out Mapo in Sunnybank and it was buzzing with people. Luckily we made a booking or else we wouldn’t even have a seat. There’s plenty of street parking so don’t fret about that. Once we were inside, we got to our table and ordered way too much food.
QLD: Phuong Trinh, Inala
Whilst being in good ol’ Queensland, mumsy bear and daddy bear were craving some Vietnamese food so Baby A took us to Inala and mumsy bear chose Phuong Trinh to try. Walking in, it was quite busy but the staff were so friendly and showed us to our table. We flicked through the menu, took a looksie and started our ordering spree.
QLD: Pizza Capers, Spring Hill
Back in the sunny state of Australia for the last time (hopefully not) and we were super duper hungry and dad spotted Pizza Capers at the entrance of our building and of course, he rushed me in to get me order through. The staff were of course efficient as you would find in any pizza chains. The pizza was done in 15 minutes and they brought it out to me outside.
QLD: Ninja Sushi Burritos, Rockhampton
We were in Mumsy and Daddy Bears favourite shopping centre, Stockland and we eyed a sushi joint for some lunch. Upon closer inspection, we found that they not only did sushi and other dishes, but they do sushi burritos. What is a sushi burrito you may ask? it’s a fat ass sushi roll.
QLD: The Bush Inn Bar & Grill Steak House, Rockhampton
On our last night in Rocky with Baby A, we all let him pick our last dinner together. After a quick search through Zomato, Baby A decided on The Bush Inn Bar & Grill, located right next to the Criterion Hotel and of course, right in the CBD. There’s plenty of parking around so don’t worry your pretty heads with parking.
QLD: The Two Professors, Rockhampton
While Baby A was still moving around in good ol’ Queensland, the whole fam bam needed to help him move. This year it was to Rocky where it’s always hot and humid. Baby A had found the finest coffee shop in town (there weren’t that many to choose from) and we got there bright and early, bushy eyed tailed and all. The Two Professors, opened since 2014 and serving great coffees in a great atmosphere.
QLD: I Heart Brownies, Fortitude Valley
Whilst in Bakery Lane, a little shop caught my eye because, well, it was named I heart brownies! So what did I do? I skipped into the shop and feast my eyes on all them brownies YO!
QLD: Kiosk, Fortitude Valley
It was our last day in Queensland and we wondered around looking for a place to have coffee. Baby A took us to Bakery Lane (how cutie patootie is that name??) where there were little shops inside. Baby A finally picked Kiosk to grab some coffee.
QLD: Rococo Bistro, Noosa
When we finished wondering beach of Noosa, we decided to have coffee and just relax and people watch. We saw heaps of seats outside of Rococo and decided to plonk our tooshies down here.
QLD: Betty’s Burgers, Noosa Heads
We were in Noosa Heads having a fam bam adventure and we were all getting hungry. Since we all came up to visit Baby A, he had the honours of picking our lunch spot. After walking up and down the strip of festivities, he laid his eyes on Betty’s Burgers. So we rushed in and was seated quite quickly.
