Baby A has been raving on about Chur Burgers every time we visit him in QLD and when we transit in Sydney on our way home from Vietnam, we saw with our little eyes, a Chur Burger joint sitting by the side inside the airport. So of course, we rushed in to check out this amazing burgers that Baby A keeps talking about.
We got mumsy bear the Fish burger combo which comes with chippies and drinkies for $16. The bun was super dry but the fish patty wasn’t dry either which was a bonus. The chippies however, were AMAZEBALL! We loved the seasoning on the chippies but they could have been a tad crunchier.
Fish – $12 (Combo includes Chips and Drinks: $16)
Crumbed fish fillet, pickled cucumber, green slaw, jalapeno mayo
I got the Biggie Smalls burger and was disappointed with it. The beef patty wasn’t juicy at all, the bun was super hard and dry and the pickles were in huge chunks that overpowered the burger.
Biggie Smalls – $14
Grilled beef, cheese, spicy pickles, lettuce, onion and ‘Chur’ special sauce
Baby A was greatly disappointed at the Chur Burger at the Sydney Airport since he’s had the burgers a few times in Brisbane and found that to be absolutely amazing. I was hoping for great things from Chur Burgers but unfortunately, it didn’t tick my boxes and I suggest you guys to perhaps transit through Sydney without stopping here.
