Mister Close was suggested by Mrs Traveling couple for my catch up with Miss Mumma since it was smack bang in the middle of the CBD. So off we went and into the Midtown Plaza to find Mister Close and it was such a cute cafe in an unsuspecting plaza.
The front had all sorts of sandwiches, wraps and even little naughty desserts too. Seeing this, I was super excited to sit my tooshie down to start brunching.
There wasn’t a lot of sitting area so if it does get busy, expect wait times. The early bird gets the worm (or brunch).
I heard that the coffee here was pretty awesome sauce so I had to get a latte. Surprise surprise, the latte was pretty good. Very smooth went down like a charm.

Since this is kind of a late post, I may have forgotten what my dish was called. It was kind of an omelette with salmon, spinach and goat cheese. However, since I am unable to eat goat’s cheese, the kitchen changed the cheese to without a fuss. I did find this dish to be a touch on the salty side but with the tomato based relish, it kind of balanced it out.
The coffee was pretty good here and the staff were super duper friendly as well, changing my request easily without any troubles. The food was average but I’ll definitely be back for the coffee.
