I was at Eastland Shopping Centre again and since it was brunch time and I was getting peckish. I’ve always walked past Brioche (located in the town square) and was always too full to get something. On this occasion, my tummy was empty and ready for whatever Brioche has in store for me.

When you step in, you get hit in the face with all the baked goods smell (mmmm baked goods!) and there were so many choices (WHAT DO I EVEN GET?!).

So, everytime I walk past here I always see the sign ‘bronuts’ and Mr D explained that it was a cross between a donut and a brioche. So obviously that’s what I was going to get. After a few minutes of deliberation, I got the Bronutella Caramel Glazing. The lovely staff even got me the bigger piece (YAYERS!) which meant more for me and NONE for Mr D! This was filled with nutella on the inside and super sweet on the outside. It was soft but not fluffy.

I found the bronutella to be too sweet and I really want to try the bronut cinnamon. I can’t wait for another brunch date here.
