It was baby A’s last day in Melbourne so we decided to grab lunch on my lunch break. The babies picked me up and off we went on an adventure.

It’s a really cute cafe and the staff are welcoming when you enter. They even have board games so you can play while you eat (dream come true!). You just go up to the counter and grab a menu and off you. Once you’ve decided what you wanted, just order at the counter.

Our drinkies came out and I got the tim tam frappe with cream because I’m a little bit naughty *he he he*. I found it to be quite icy and not enough tim tam/flavour in there. If they added a bit more tim tams, it would be perfect!

Tim Tam Frappe – $6.50

J-baby got the oreo frappe and it was the same deal, needed more oreos in it.

Now, it was burger time!! I got the 401 beef burger which came with bacon, lettuce, beef patty, caramelised onions and 401 special sauce. This was pretty damn good! It was all juicy, moist and I was LOVING it. The burger was GINORMOUS. However, I didn’t really like the bun, it wasn’t fluffly but quite hard, dry and not as fresh.

401 – $11.50

Baby A got the OG which was basically the cheeseburger. This one was super dry and not as great. Same dealio with the bun situation.

OG – $9.50

J-baby got the BBQ and this was pretty good. Not as lovely as the 401 but still pretty decent. Same goes for the bun big nose.

BBQ – $10.50

We also got chippies to share and when they came out they were in miniature fryers and it was totally ADORABLE *squeals*. These chippies were AWESOME SAUCE! Literally, if you do not come here for burgers, get the goddamn chippies!

Side of Chippies – $4

Atmosphere is great, pretty decent burgers in the west, staff were super friendly and you can enjoy your meal with BOARD GAMES! Good thing somebody found 401!
