Whilst shopping at Emporium, I got a bit peckish and walked around the food court and decided to try out Thr1ve. The menu caught my eye with all the healthy and tasty food so I lined up.

I got the lean and clean because 1. it was the smallest dish there and 2. It had zucchini noodles, lemon and herb chicken with SMASHED AVOCADO! It took perhaps 5 minutes or so before my name was called out and I was not disappointed. It was full of flavour and I wasn’t left hungry. I especially loved the zucchini noodles that it made me go and look for the contraption that could do that so I can make my salad more exciting. There was enough dressing for the burst of flavour but it was a tad on the salty side but I didn’t mind that.

Lean and Clean – $10

If you’re looking for something clean, healthy and full of flavour and colour, try out Thr1ve and you won’t be disappointed and won’t fill guilty having it at all.
