Williamstown was holding their annual wine and cheese festival down at Seaworks Maritime Precinct. Their tickets range from $24-$48 online and dependent on how many tokens you’d like to get. For $90, you can get access to the Yealands Marquee as well. All entry tickets regardless of the price will include a festival glass (woohoo!) so you can start tasting all them wines/beers/cider.
I had 5 tokens to use and each token was worth $2. You could use this to sample wines or cheeses, depending on what you were interested in.
There were plenty of stalls to choose from and this is just in the inside.
There were live performances throughout the day on the stage inside the shed and you just had to look on the blackboard and see when your favourite act was on and plonk yourself down and enjoy the show.
There’s even a stall for balsamic too!
Of course there were ciders too.
The stalls don’t stop inside, they’re outside too.
Hungry for pizza guys?
Of course there’s cheese too!
There’s also a grape stomping competition except I missed out on that. This is a great festival if you’re on the westside and love your cheese and wine, definitely keep an eye out for this festival when it comes back next year because I’ll definitely will be.
Disclaimer: I was honoured to be invited to attend the festival by Encore PR.
