Milkcow Pop-up, Melbourne

If you haven’t heard, there’s a new South Korean ice-creamery in town and it’s here to stay until 31st May 2016 and it’s conveniently located right opposite H&M and it’s called Milkcow. I went on a double date with the creative couple and snagged a table at Milkcow (although, be warned, since it’s a pop up store, it’s quite cosy inside). When you step inside, you just feel like a little kid and there’s so many colours everywhere. So basically, there’s one flavour and you choose which toppings you want which ranges from $5 (with nothing on it) to $8.50. Mrs Creative got the signature honeycomb and boy was it delish! The honeycomb will get stuck in your teeth so slow and steady wins the race. The ice-cream itself isn’t creamy at all, more light and feathery – still YUMMILICIOUS nonetheless.

I got the Mont Blanc which consists of fairy floss and chocolate rocks (mmm chocolate!). I wished I’d gotten just the plain one or even the honeycomb since the chocolate goes super hard because it’s in the cold (duh!) ice cream. The fairy floss was like everywhere you’d go so that was nothing spectacular.

Mont Blanc – $8

I recommend trying this joint out although it is a bit pricey and the portions are on the smaller end of the spectrum. The ice cream though, it’s organic and it is delish.
