Mr D and I stopped by Harrods to check it out and stumbled across Laduree on the ground floor. Being the sweet tooth that I am, I was in heaven and everything looked magical.

I of course went for the mini macarons (they actually weren’t that mini….actually normal sized) because I LOVE MACARONS!!! They were £1.80 each since I was having them take away (wayyyy past my bedtime by now).

I got three flavours – coffee, vanilla and strawberry candy with marshmallow. I found them to be quite heavy and very rich which was quite disappointing since I really had high hopes for them.

Maybe I’ll have better luck in Paris.
