Went to D House Cafe for a Sunday lunch date on Swanston street and it was surprisingly pleasant. We were escorted to the upper level and seated right next to the window where we had good view of the busy passerby and enjoyed people watching.
We ordered the kimchi fried rice as it had a thumbs up on the menu and when it came out, the portion was huge. Very worth the money and the taste was better than expected. Being at a Hong kong styled cafe, I also decided to order a mixed milk tea with coffee. It was average but then I didn’t expect it to be spectacular.
The waitress was very polite and didn’t rush us to finish which was very nice. Overall, I would come back and enjoy the bustle of the city whilst enjoying cheap quality food.
